So going back to the windows camera app, turning down the video resolution to 720p solves most of the issue. After playing around with it, I noticed that apps like zoom which doesn't need the 1080p resolution seems to have a stable image. Got home with the new model and still the same issue. After rebooting the computer, installing and uninstalling the webcame drivers and installing the Logitech webcam app (which does nothing but give some basic settings), I made a return of the webcam to the store for a new webcam of the same model. I got home hooked it up and fired up the Windows Camera app and immediately noticed a problem, the image is juddery and seems to be broken up like puzzle pieces and reassambling itself. I bought the C615 which is on sale and a good deal. I need a webcam to use Proctorio which is an online test taking virtual proctor. I searched Google but nothing has come up.
